Cut the bullshit and heal

Cutting through all the healing,  spiritual and emotional bullshit and mayhem.

We have turned healing from one big business into another, as we do with pretty much everything.
Adding to the confusion, and when we are confused we do NOTHING.

One thing we know for certain is that do what you always did, get what you always got.
Things have to change. But what things?

I watch people trying to “heal” to raise their “consciousness” trying to become a better, healthier version of themcellves and ending up creating more stress and not getting the powerful results they desire.

Get one thing crystal clear.

The body heals itcellf.
We just need to get out the way and stop doing the things internally and externally that damage it.

There are literally thousands of different ways to do this and Kelly Turners research has shown us that categorically.
People who defied the odds, ie were told they were going to die but didnt, did it in totally different ways.
Lets simplify what they did.
Radically changed their diet and took herbs and supplements.
Took control, found a strong “why” to be here, let go of the past, listened to their intuition, focussed on the best case scenario, believed in something bigger than themcellves, had a strong social support network,

We want to be told exactly what to do, or preferably get someone else to do it to us, this is how we were brought up.
But no one can heal us, except us.
We can take drugs and surgery to help symptoms and relieve pain, but true healing comes from the inside out, and that is a 180 degree shift for us.
We can go to classes, healers, seminars, retreats and buy crystals, sprays and all the rest.
But healing happens by repetition and practises in our daily life.
We must have great protocols to assist us everyday to take the straw off the camels back.

We are in this crazy place where some are starting to question drugs and surgery, especially chemo and radiation, but we really do not know what the alternatives are.
And we are being told if we do not do certain things we will die.
And worse even if we do go through all the treatment we will die anyway.
Absolutely mental.

Whatever we choose we MUST feel safe with our choices and supported.
You must believe that the route you are going down is going to work.
The only person who can make that decision is you.

Most of us do not trust our intuition and get “persuaded” by the perceived expertise of others or the fears of our family and loved ones.

So what can you do if you are not happy with your health and vitality?
Healing
Radically clean up your diet.
Take out sugar, processed grains, refined carbohydrates.
Research the herbs and supplements that can help you.

Just do that one thing to start with.

Then add in some breathing, releasing and or meditation. Just 10 mins to start with.
This helps deal with any fear and judgement which changes your chemistry.

Then add in either a short walk, 3 yoga, qigong or tai chi poses.


Go to bed between 10-11 and go to sleep. This balances your hormones and blood sugar

You MUST do this every day.

This may sound too simple, maybe not.
But repeat these 4 things every day for 12 weeks, FEEL & SEE the difference.


Keep it real, keep it simple, get back to Mother Natures laws and healing will happen.
